Make Hue relocatable

            Description

            Hue is not relocatable and the script from https://issues.cloudera.org/browse/HUE-593 doesn't seem to work any more.

            If relative paths can be used, it should be possible to just move the directory after build to another position in the filesystem and it would still work. That would make packaging and release easier (e.g. allowing multiple instances to be deployed to a single server without needing to re-build for each target directory).

            If some technical reasons prevent the use of relative paths, the relocatable.sh script would need to be fixed.
