[aws] Customize endpoint

Users of Hue may wish to access custom S3 endpoints either for development purposes, or because they are using an alternative S3 system (HGST Active Archive, Ceph Object Gateway, etc).

Boto can do this; it just means the relevant configuration options need to be exposed.
