[importer] Add column operations to the create table from a file wizard

            Description

            The only current operation is importing a text file into a new Kudu table. With the new version of HUE-7, we could however offer:

            1. Properly import quoted CSV data into a text table
            2. Offer to remove columns
            3. Convert JSON data to Parquet/Kudu nested types
            4. Offer basic builtin operation like SPLIT, GEO IP...
