Use jarjar/shade to bundle thrift libs in hue plugins

            Description

            We shouldn't bundle Thrift classes in our hue plugins. It can cause issues when users have Hadoop jobs that depend on a particular version of Thrift (eg directly or indirectly because they eg access a system like Cassandra which uses Thrift). We should consider jarjaring or shading the thrift classes.
