[Build] Jenkins build should remove old hadoop and hive directories

The tools/hudson/hudson.sh script untar Hadoop and Hive into the temp directory. But the problem is that it doesn't clean up the old directory. It simply untars on top of the old one. This could lead to potential test pollution issues.
