Beeswax shouldn't show saved queries from other users

Right now, if a user logs onto his session, most of the elements like Job Browser and File Browser work well with permissions (i.e. Users only see their jobs and files they're allowed to).

However, among the saved queries of users of Beeswax, all of the saved queries are shown completely to all users. We should filter that view out to only show the queries for the logged in user - same as other view filters.
