[frontend] Minor UI bugs in old Pig Editor and Job Designer

            Description

            Hi. I've found couple of issues in old Pig Editor and Job Designer UI:

            1. Scripts in "Pig Editor" -> "Scripts" tab, has broken links, so we are not able to open scripts in new tab using mouse middle click.

            2. List of Designs does not reloads after performing some actions (copy/remove/restore) with Designs in Job Designer.
            This issue appeared after fixes for HUE-6398 (commit) and HUE-6370 (commit).
