[sqoop] Securing Database password in oozie

            Description

            When the sqoop job is schedules by oozie, the database password in the sqoop query is in test format and hence is unsecure on the oozie side.
            Should come up with an alternate way to send the DB password so that it cannot be accessed by oozie.
