[oozie] Support default values for variables in queries

Default values for variables in queries are not used in oozie and cause them to fail.

Two possibilities:

1. query variables are normally displayed when selecting the script in the HS2 action, we could pick the default value
2. when generating the script, we should remove the default value syntax
