[shell] Do not autoscroll down when the user is scrolling up

Currently the focus is following the new lines printed by the shell (e.g. when executing a job that prints its progress) and scrolls down automatically with them.

In a real shell this auto scrolling is stopped when the user has scrolled up and restarts if the user has scrolled back to the bottom of the page.
