[jb] Numeric/time columns are not sorted properly

            Description

            Job Browser seems to sort all columns as strings. Or tries to, the Duration column seems to be a mix of string sorting and random.

            The columns I definitely see this on are Maps/Reduces and Duration but I suspect Date may also be affected.
