[impala] Propose to set query setting 'max_row_size query' on this error

Propose one click to add the query option:

"Row of size 2.76 MB could not be materialized in plan node with id 9. Increase the max_row_size query option (currently 512.00 KB) to process larger rows.

We could offer a fix me link in the error which opens the query settings, and add or update the max_row_size with a high enough multiple that would make it pass.
