Livy-batch not available in HUE 4.1

I am unable to run a pyspark or spark java jar using Hue 4.1. When selecting Spark Submit (Python/Jar), then selecting a file to run, the run icon to the left stays greyed out and does not allow me to run.

I have configured both editors to use livy-batch and I have Livy running in standalone mode on the same machine as hue.
