[fb] Pagination on following page is not correct

If I sort by size, then go on the next page, the results are not correct as the &sortby=size is not remembered.

At the same time:

• some column headers of the table are missing a bottom border (needed)
• is there an easy way to get back the Boostraps pagination style (optional)
