            Description

            1. Support nested types (Hive https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Hive/LanguageManual+Types#LanguageManualTypes-ComplexTypes and Impala)
            2. Creating a table should issue a refresh to Impala + SQL Assist if available
            3. Support batch submission for long operations
            4. Better UX https://github.com/cloudera/hue/issues/449
