[beeswax] Adding settings on Query Editor page refreshes the page

Going on 'Query Editor' page, then clicking on 'Settings' 'Add' button refreshes the page and validate all the forms.

We need to dynamically add the new form to the formsets (same as in edit Oozie Coordinator Dataset Input/Output page or edit Workflow Action)
