[impala] use basic auth when webserver_require_ldap is true

            Description

            Impala recently added the ability to secure its webui with basic username/password auth to LDAP, see: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-9537

            When this is turned on, Hue will need to authenticate itself when connecting to the webui.
