[fb] Folder Fails to Load when the foldername contains #

Problem Statement :  Folder Fails to Load when the foldername contains #

Reproduction Scenario : 

create an folder in HDFS with # in folder name 

[hdfs@asnaikCdp01 root]$ hadoop fs -mkdir /test
[hdfs@asnaikCdp01 root]$ hadoop fs -chmod -R 777 /test
[hdfs@asnaikCdp01 root]$ hadoop fs -mkdir /test/akhil#Test

When Try to access the /akhil#test folder via Hue Filerowser it throws following error :
