[oozie] Action management is broken

            Description

            1. Cloning an action fails: Seems like there is a page refresh.
            2. Deleting an action should show a confirmation popup
            3. clicking on an edit/clone/.. buttons can start a drag. We need to disable it
            4. optional: could we make the edition easier to access: e.g. bigger edit button or moving it on the right side?
