Moving an entire Kite dataset to trash excludes .metadata directory

      Description

      The move-to-trash functionality added in KITE-1091 has a minor bug where a trashed dataset's metadata isn't retained when moving it to trash. To fix this the MetadataProvider API and FileSystem implementation of it [1] should be enhanced to support trash.
