convertTimestamp defaults to 1970

            Description

            The convertTimestamp morphlines command uses SimpleDateFormat which, if using a pattern that doesn't have a year, defaults to 1970.

            This is particularly apparent in the syslog example as documented at http://kitesdk.org/docs/1.1.0/morphlines/#SyslogUseCase-Solution

            This request requests that an option be added to convertTimestamp to add a year if it is missing from the pattern.
