Add option to depend on kite-morphline-* modules except for SolrCell modules

This JIRA is to add an option to depend on kite-morphline-* modules without depending on modules based on Apache SolrCell. This is done via a new kite-morphlines-all-except-solrcell module that works analog to the existing kite-morphlines-all-except-solr and kite-morphlines-all modules.
SolrCell adds dozens of 3rd party libs (e.g. see http://kitesdk.org/docs/1.1.0/dependencies/kite-morphlines-solr-cell.html#Dependency_Information) that are often unnecessary and it can be difficult to manage the versions of these libs.
