            Description

            SolrLocator should be upgraded to be able to use org.apache.solr.schema.ManagedIndexSchema as managed schemas are the default in Solr 6.

            One visible difference is that the default schema file names changed from "schema.xml" to "managed-schema". The built in Factory for both schema types are already capable of handling this differences
