Schema creation and migration should validate that key fields of entity schemas that belong to same table match

Before the removal of independent key schemas, it was guaranteed only one key schema per table. Now, since key schemas are derived from entity fields, we need an extra validation to ensure that multiple entity schemas that belong to the same table match in their key field types and order.
