Use GitHub Maven plugin to publish site to gh-pages

            Description

            Currently we publish the site to gh-pages manually (https://github.com/cloudera/cdk/wiki/How-to-release), but it would be easier to use the plugin from https://github.com/github/maven-plugins. There's also a nice description at http://blog.akquinet.de/2012/04/12/maven-sites-reloaded/
