Fix schema error message in Log4jAppender

            Description

            When a DatasetDescriptor doesn't have a schema URL, the log4j appender complains with this message:

            Cannot find ID for schema. Adding header for schema, which may be inefficient. Consider setting up an Avro Schema Cache.

            This should be more clear, stating "URL" rather than "ID", and should recommend storing schemas somewhere in HDFS.
