RefineableView should be spelled without the "e" in the middle (i.e., RefinableView)

In the API, we use RefineableView and TestRefinableView. Dictionary.com says that refinable is correct. We need to choose a spelling and be consistent. This will avoid hassles for customers who use one spelling or the other at the wrong time and have their code fail in a way that's a pain to troubleshoot.
