Demo example fails with 'java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.hcatalog.common.HCatUtil'

Since CDK-308, the Crunch job needs access to the Hive metastore from the MR tasks themselves, not just from the driver code. So even though the HCatalog JAR is in the Oozie sharelib, it doesn't help with the MR task classpath.
