Add EmbeddedSolrServer option to SolrLocator

I'd like to use morphlines to write to a solr instance on the same host running the agent.

Initially it looks like simply:

Adding a solrHome parameter to SolrLocator which, when present, would trigger the return of an EmbeddedSolrServer object from getLoader().
