JSON example partitioning is not working

            Description

            The JSON example has partial support for partitioning. The README doesn't mention it, but the morphlines config extracts "kite.partition.user". Then the flume config uses "kite.partition.color". This should be fixed to use color or removed when the example is converted to use the DatasetSink.
