Permissions issue writing to a partitioned Hive external dataset

When writing to a new partition in a Hive external dataset, Hive tries to create the partition directory. If the hive user doesn't have permissions, it will result in an error. Kite should probably create the partition directory before trying to add the partition to the Hive table.
