Links to Kite Tools Documentation Yield HTTP 404 Errors

Synopsis: several pages on the Kite Web site and elsewhere link to http://kitesdk.org/docs/current/kite-tools/index.html. This page currently shows a 'Page Not Found' error, and has done so for at least a couple of days.

Steps to reproduce:

The easiest way is simply to go directly to the URL listed above.

Here is another way, which starts from the Kite SDK home page:

1. Go to http://kitesdk.org/ (this redirects to http://kitesdk.org/docs/current/).

2. Click the 'Kite Tools' link, which appears under the fourth bulleted item under the 'Modules' heading. Alternatively, you could click the 'Kite Tools' menu under the Modules heading in the top navigation, or click the 'Kite Tools' link in the navigation section at the bottom of the page.

3. Observe the 'Page Not Found' error.
