By default, disable quoting and multi-line fields feature and comment line feature for the readCSV morphline command. This is less surprising to casual users on Hadoop, and prevents potential OutOfMemoryErrors due too unclosed quotes, and improves performance. The old functionality remains available but now needs to be explicitly specified via the readCSV parameters "quoteChar" and "commentPrefix".
