csv-schema, csv-import commands: delimiter option requires quotation marks

Minor thing, but since most parameters don't require quotation marks, it would be helpful to include sample code or mention that the delimiter needs to be enclosed in quotation marks. I used double quotes, which worked. Consider examples and/or explanations for escape character and quote character.
