Introduce cdk-morphlines-all maven artifact for ease of dependency management

Now that morphline implementation has grown quite substantially and keeping track of individual bits and pieces of it could be daunting (at least for a casual user) I would like to suggest that we introduce a Maven module called cdk-morphlines-all. I would like this module to provide a catch-all dependency for projects wishing to utilize 100% of morphline functionality. This, of course, won't affect the projects that still wish to maintain a fine-grain control of individual bits and pieces of morphline functionality, but simplify life greatly for the likes of flume and HBase indexer.
