Allow jar to be uploaded when creating a batch session

            Description

            Right now, batch sessions require that the user manually upload the app's jar file to HDFS (or somewhere). Since we've added support for file upload in client sessions, it should be easy to use the same approach to allow users to upload the jar file as part of the batch create request.
