Document update for spark2 support

@Saisai Shao, I assign it to you since you did most of work to support spark2.

README.rst is the file you need to update I believe.

BTW, I notice you are also working on support multiple versions of spark in one livy instance. You also need to update doc for this as well. But you can do it in another ticket
