Add ability to build the Docs page and include the latest build in the website

In LIVY-376 we moved the Docs and Examples out of the README into their own files. The Examples were moved to the website and the Docs were placed in the docs directory. We need to create the Jekyll setup necessary to build the Docs and add a way to include them in the website.
