            Description

            In building the 5.7.x package job I noticed that the toolchain wasn't being properly bootstrapped. I believe that this may be because the IMPALA_TOOLCHAIN variable in bin/impala_config.sh isn't set when setting the IMPALA_AVRO_VERSION variable so that variable doesn't get the proper "p2" appendix.

            I should investigate this in the future
