add 'run examples in VM' section in VM page

            Description

            Got the suggestion from Steve: if I'm new to RS, I've got 30 minutes to spend looking at it and I've just downloaded the VM, what should I do next?

            We have examples page about running examples in VM, while in VM page, it only shows how to download and install VM.

            I think we'd better add 'run examples in VM' section in VM page, and make that link to examples page that we already have.
