Github Docs Still List 0.1 version number for examples

As stated in the examples, the github docs still list the 0.1 version for the example client jars. We should figure out what we want to do here. The link I provided above specifically is the 0.2.0-cdh5.5.x branch but I can see and argument for not updating the github readme for each release branch. If we don't update it to the correct version number, however, we should change recordservice-examples-0.1.jar to something more generic like recordservice-examples-<version number>.jar
