digest-md5 library not installed on cluster, breaking delegation tokens

            Description

            On vd0224, our secure cluster, libdigestmd5.so is not available. The other sasl plugins are located in /usr/lib64/sasl2. This causes delegation tokens to fail.
            I'm going to manually install it but it would be good to figure out where we fix this. Is this just documentation? CM? packaging? etc.
