Sqoop third party tests require non-standard hosts file configuration.

The PostgresqlTest test requires that the hosts file be setup such that there is an entry like the following:

127.0.0.0 <hostname> localhost

This setup is not the default setup and is considered wrong. This can be worked around by altering the Postgresql server configuration.
