            Description

            Under docs/user/connecting.txt the MSSQL JDBC example uses:

            com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver

            while the actual driver class in sqljdbc4.jar is actually

            com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver
