IMPORT_TABLE can't be found when sqoop tests are executed against a standalone HSQL DB and real Hadoop cluster

            Description

            With SQOOP-152 patch in place Sqoop functional tests can be executed against a real cluster (MR jobs are scheduled and completed). However. import functionality of the tests classes doesn't work as expected and produces FileNotFoundException
