HBase tests fail to run with latest HBase builds.

            Description

            Since hbase-site.xml is no longer available with the latest build, it is necessary to explicitly set the zookeeper client port. Also, it seems that with the updated HBase and Zookeeper binaries, the memory requirements for running the unit tests have edged above the 256m limit set in the build.xml. This limit needs to be updated as well.
