Make it possible to build documentation on Mac

            Description

            Currently it's hard (if not impossible) to build the Sqoop documentation on Mac. It's reasonably straightforward to build and install Asciidoc, but installing xmlto is very problematic. See the lengths the author of https://wincent.com/wiki/Installing_Git_1.5.2.3_on_Mac_OS_X_Tiger went to (the piece is in the context of Git, but the problems were getting xmlto working).

            To fix this we should find a cross-platform alternative to xmlto, or use a different documentation system.
