Remove the redistribution of mysql-connector-j from Sqoop.

            Description

            The mysql-connector-j bundled with Sqoop is GPL licensed. While this license allows binary distribution with Apache 2.0 licensed projects, it does introduce non-Apache 2.0 license aspect for the overall project.

            In order to ensure that Sqoop remains fully Apache 2.0 licensed, this connector has to be removed. In lieu of this connector, instructions will be added in documentation instructing how the user can install this connector if necessary.
