Allow CDH3 shim loader to match for 0.20.3 version of Hadoop.

The current shim for CDH3 Hadoop uses a regular expression that matches 0.20.2 versions of Hadoop. However, the most recent CDH3 development builds include 0.20.3 version which does not match the CDH3 shim and thus causes failure.

We need to update the Shim loader to load CDH3 shim for 0.20.2 as well as 0.20.3 versions.
