[metastore] Table columns should be listed by table metadata order

            Description

            The Metastore Manager app lists the columns of a table lexicographically. Typically a user would like to see the columns in the order they are listed in the table metadata. This can be particularly important when a user is dealing with position-sensitive formats such as delimited text.
